Still Waiting for EA Pro Annual Subscription Refund After 11 Days

I purchased the annual EA Pro subscription but requested a refund after just two hours of use. When I spoke to customer support, they assured me that the refund would be processed within 1-10 business days and that my subscription would remain active until the refund was completed. It has now been 11 days, and I’m still waiting for the refund. On top of that, the customer support system is incredibly slow—taking 5 minutes to respond to each message. This level of service is very disappointing, and I need my refund processed immediately.
