Last year, I subscribed to EA Play Pro on my PC. This year, I had no intention of renewing it, but EA automatically renewed my membership without my consent and charged me ₺1000. Upon realizing this, I immediately canceled the subscription the next morning.

Online information states that refunds are processed within 10 days, but I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I did not authorize this renewal and find it unacceptable. I request EA to refund the amount promptly before further delays. This experience has left me frustrated, and I hope for a swift resolution.
