EA Games Refund Not Received for Battlefield 2042 – Payment Still Missing

On February 4th, I purchased Battlefield 2042 from EA Games for $8.99. The next day, on February 5th, I requested a refund through my account linked to [my email], and EA's system shows that the refund was supposedly processed. However, I still haven’t received my money back in my account.

I have attached proof showing that the refund was approved, yet the funds never arrived. It has been days, and EA has not resolved this issue. Where is my money? If the refund was truly issued, why hasn’t it been deposited back into my account?

I need urgent assistance in processing my refund correctly. EA, please resolve this issue immediately and ensure that I receive my money back as promised.
