PlayStation 5 EA Play Pro Issues: Yearlong Subscription, Can't Play
I have a PlayStation 5 console, and I subscribe to EA Play Pro by making the purchase through the EA app each year. It came as a huge surprise to find out that I am unable to use it on my PS5. I immediately canceled the subscription; however, because it was an annual plan, it would automatically renew after the first year had passed. I have tried everything, but I have not received a response anywhere. I'm unable to play the game, and I'd like my money back.
