I Bought an FC Mobile Pack but Only Got 3 Cards Before an Error Blocked the Rest

I recently purchased a pack in FC Mobile, but I’m extremely disappointed with what followed. Although the payment went through and I was charged in full, I was only able to open three cards before the game froze and threw an error message. Since then, every time I try to continue or access the rest of the pack, I encounter the same persistent error screen, and the remaining cards are completely inaccessible.

This is not just frustrating—it feels like I’ve paid for a broken service. I immediately contacted EA Sports support, but I’ve yet to receive any reply. In the meantime, I’ve lost both my money and the content I rightfully paid for.

I expect EA to either refund my ₺ or immediately fix the error and grant me access to the rest of my pack. It’s completely unfair to charge players and then fail to deliver the product properly. I’m a loyal player and supporter of the game, but this kind of experience makes me question the reliability and customer care of the entire platform. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
