I Traded for 109 Kevin De Bruyne in FIFA Mobile But Didn’t Receive the Player
I recently completed a trade in the FIFA Mobile Exchanges section to receive the 109 OVR Kevin De Bruyne card. I followed all requirements, submitted the necessary players and resources, and the trade was confirmed—yet I never received the player. This is unacceptable.
There’s no proper support channel to contact, no one to speak to directly, and no in-game solution to fix this issue. I spent significant time, effort, and most importantly, valuable players and in-game currency that equate to thousands of ₺ if calculated in real terms. Losing all that for absolutely nothing in return is deeply frustrating and feels like outright theft.
I don’t know how to proceed or who to turn to. The silence from EA is even more disappointing. This issue needs to be fixed immediately, and I expect to either receive my 109 De Bruyne or get all my submitted players and tokens back. I urge EA to investigate and resolve this without delay—this is unacceptable treatment for any committed player.
