I've written to EA Help multiple times. I informed them that the ban was unjust and if I did something wrong, I wanted clarification on why I was banned. However, they didn't respond, denying my rights. I mentioned that I was frequently removed when logging into Ultimate Team on my phone, listing various potential reasons, including the possibility of artificial intelligence interpreting it as a threat.
