Despite not engaging in any prohibited activities, my account has been penalized twice. First, 3 million coins were removed, and then, with 4 million coins in my account, my access to the transfer market was revoked.
I have submitted three appeal emails and even contacted live support, but the response I received stated that the ban would not be lifted. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the countless hours I have invested in earning those coins legitimately. The fact that my account, which has no record of any violations, has been blocked in such a manner is incredibly disheartening.
