Is EA Ignoring Customer Complaints? FC24 Transfer Ban With No Explanation!
I haven't participated in any forbidden deals, but my EA FC24 Ultimate Team account has been hit with a transfer restriction. Whenever I attempt to ask about the cause, I never get a suitable answer. Even after reaching out five times, I continue to receive the same generic email response. They have stated that they have completed the required investigations on the matter and the ban will stay in place. I always struggle to uncover the cause. My account, which has had a significant amount of money spent on it, has been unexpectedly banned, and I am unable to communicate with any authorized individuals.
