3-Year EA Play Gone! Upgraded to Game Pass & Lost My Subscription

I recently made a mistake that's causing me a major headache. I had a 3-year EA Play subscription that I'd been enjoying for about two months. However, wanting to play online games with friends, I accidentally purchased a 1-month Game Pass Ultimate subscription. The moment I bought Game Pass, my 3-year EA Play subscription got canceled, and instead, I was given a 1-month Game Pass membership. The problem is, I didn't want Game Pass, and I definitely want my 3-year EA Play subscription back!

Is there any way to recover my lost EA Play subscription or get a refund for the unused portion?
