I have been playing EA FC Mobile for about a year, and from time to time I have purchased paid packs. At the same time, we also play online matches to earn additional rewards. However, since there are no dedicated servers for our region, I want to understand why player performance is being reduced so drastically during matches based on the so-called “momentum” system.
While playing over Wi-Fi, my in-game latency (MS) is normally around 43–55. However, especially during head-to-head matches, it suddenly spikes to MS 999 without any clear reason. On April 10, 2026, I also experienced unstable latency fluctuating below MS 500, and for the first time, the in-game Wi-Fi warning icon stayed on throughout the entire match.
I have contacted EA Sports through their official website multiple times, but I have not received any response, and the issue continues. At this point, it feels like this is being done intentionally.
If this situation continues—whether due to unfair matchmaking, momentum mechanics, or server-related disadvantages—we are seriously considering deleting our accounts and quitting the game entirely. We expect a fair, stable, and transparent gaming experience. If the system remains inconsistent and unbalanced, continuing to play no longer makes sense for us.
