I’ve been playing FC Mobile for a long time and spending real money on premium packs, but I’ve reached my breaking point. For over a year now, my team—despite being fully upgraded with max training levels—has been consistently losing every match, including friendly games with friends. My players feel clunky, weak, and totally unresponsive, even though on paper, my squad is among the best.
At first, I thought I was facing cheaters, but now I’m convinced something is wrong with my account specifically. It feels like EA has either shadow-nerfed my team or placed some kind of hidden restriction on my gameplay. I’m matched up against opponents who play like they're on World Class difficulty, while my own team reacts like amateurs.
Why are paying users like me being punished? I’ve supported this game financially, yet I feel targeted and ignored. I demand that you remove whatever is holding my account back. EA, please investigate this issue on my account (username: Ken0Z) and fix it immediately. This is unfair, discouraging, and it’s ruining the FC Mobile experience for dedicated players like me.
