I am writing regarding the BetterMe meal plan subscription that has been charged to my account without my consent. I noticed that I was charged for this meal plan in March and April, even though I did not knowingly approve or wish to continue this subscription, and the plan did not work for me at all. My subscription reference visible on my side is 142501291869e3e59b8e775, and the purchase was made through the BetterMe website. Despite these charges, I have not received any satisfactory benefit from the service, and I consider these recurring payments to be unauthorized. I attempted to reach BetterMe customer service about these charges, but have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing. I kindly request a full refund of the amounts charged for March and April and the immediate cancellation of any auto‑renewal on my account. I also ask for a written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
