I Did Not Receive My Fashion Nova Package Despite Delivery Status

I placed an order with Fashion Nova for a pair of men’s shorts under order number 83629204 to be delivered to Hialeah, United States. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered yesterday, but this is not true, because I never received the product at my address. Despite the system indicating “delivered,” I have not received any package, and nobody at my residence has signed for or taken delivery of it. I have tried to reach Fashion Nova customer service regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I request that Fashion Nova take responsibility for this situation and either send me the shorts I ordered again or issue a full refund for my purchase as soon as possible.
