For the past two days, while playing EA FC 26 on PlayStation 5, I have been constantly receiving the error message “Unable to connect to EA servers,” and I cannot access the game at all. Every time I try, I encounter the same error and cannot establish any online connection.
To fix the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the game, reset my modem, and even restored my PS5 to factory settings and set it up again. However, none of these actions resolved the problem.
I also attempted to contact EA support, but I have not received any response so far.
I request that this connection issue be identified and permanently resolved so that I can access EA FC 26 through EA servers without any problems.
