Power Cable And Control Remote Of Dyson Product Wasn't Returned By The Warranty

After using my Dyson air purifier and humidifier for 4-5 months, it started emitting a foul odor. I contacted customer support and arranged to send the device back for replacement, carefully packaging it in its original box with foam padding and including all accessories, including the power cable and control remote. I shipped it through a courier service to the warranty department. The device was returned to me after servicing, but to my disappointment, the power cable and control remote were missing from the box. When I reported this to the service center, they claimed that the cable and remote were not present in the box, and there was nothing they could do about it. I found it absurd that I would purposely remove such components. As a police officer, I have no reason to engage in such deceitful and petty actions. I trusted Dyson for its quality and purchased both the vacuum cleaner and the air purifier based on their reputation for good service. However, this is the first time I have encountered such an absurd situation. I meticulously placed the cable and remote in the box, and I even rearranged my home searching for them. Before sending the device for repair, I requested a replacement for the air purifier due to the foul odor it emitted within 4-5 months. I specifically packed all the parts for this reason. I cannot comprehend why Dyson, as a reputed company, would disregard my genuine concern and treat me as if I am lying or being unreasonable over such a trivial matter. The device was faulty, and I had it serviced with filter replacements and proper checks. If I had any intention to engage in such pettiness, I would have done it before sending the device, not after. Dyson's reputation has been shattered in my eyes. I urgently request a resolution to this problem, as I am unable to use the device due to the negligence of your service personnel. They cannot deny losing the components just by claiming they were not present. If there is a video of the unboxing process, I urge them to provide it as evidence. I am absolutely certain that I placed the components in the small brown boxes within the packaging. We trusted Dyson for its quality and service, hoping to avoid such issues, but it seems that we have made a regrettable decision. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
