I've called Dyson twice and even had a video call with their support, but they outrageously told me it's not working due to "patterns" on my carpet, offering absolutely no solution. This is my fourth Dyson, and it's by far the worst. I deeply regret this purchase; I still can't vacuum my carpets, despite buying it specifically for daily cleaning. This is completely unacceptable.
