Dyson Gen5 Detect Halts Annoyingly While Vacuuming
just got the Dyson Gen5 Detect, and I've been having some unforeseen problems with it on carpets. Everything stops working at once, and I have to power cycle the device to get it going again. I experienced this issue immediately upon using this newly-released device. Even on thin rugs, the vacuum stops unexpectedly; it's not limited to thick carpets. Even worse, I've seen other users who have complained about the same thing. Why this is occurring is beyond my comprehension. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Please, find a solution to this annoying issue.
