Dyson Gen5 Vacuum Head Defect - 3 Month Wait for Replacement

Although it is one of the most costly goods on the market, we chose the Dyson Gen5 Detect wireless upright vacuum cleaner so that we could trust the brand, have no problems, and enjoy using it for a long time. After a few weeks of utilizing the device, the carpet vacuuming main head broke. We called Dyson's customer support and reported the issue. During our video conversation, they discovered a product issue and recommended that the defective head be replaced with a new one. As of now (07.05.2024), nearly three months have elapsed since the meeting, and we still wait. We intended to make a complaint through Xolvie. Following our complaint, a Dyson customer service representative contacted me a few days later. I was told that I was correct owing to the circumstances, and that spare components for the product would be available within a few days. Unfortunately, disappointment persists throughout this interaction. If a brand has an issue with replacement parts, it should not be sold. He is kept busy by repeating himself during phone calls. If there is a spare component issue, replace the product that is considered new. You do not produce any solutions.
