I was really bummed out when I opened the box of my Dyson V12 vacuum and saw that the extension tube was all dented. I asked for a replacement right away, but they turned down my request, saying that the cosmetic problem doesn't impact how it works. To make things even worse, they told me that I would have to pay extra for a replacement. Just so you know, this happened only a month after I bought it. I was so excited about this vacuum, but then I got really frustrated because the customer service was no help at all and they wanted me to pay extra for a product that was already damaged when it arrived. I thought Dyson would be better since they're known for their good quality and customer service. This whole thing has made me doubt whether I made the right choice by investing in their products.

Hello, I would like to thank Ms. Senem from the Dyson complaints department (if I remember correctly, she was the last person I spoke with) for her attention. When I explained the situation to her, she understood and communicated it to the upper management, who resolved the issue. The damaged product was sent to me within 3 days. I appreciate the sensitivity and attention they showed regarding the matter. The quality of a brand is evident from the service provided after the sale. If the brand stands behind its product and ensures unconditional customer satisfaction, it will always be a step ahead in becoming the best brand in its field. Although our initial communication with the company was difficult, the resolution of the issue in the end was beneficial for both parties. I would also like to thank the management of the Şikayetvar site, as its influence in resolving issues with many companies is an additional factor. Best regards.
