Dyson V11 Extra Vacuum Warranty Woes



We bought a Dyson V11 Extra vacuum cleaner, but we had several problems with it during the warranty period. The tube of the vacuum would not attach properly, and the battery life was cut in half. We contacted customer service, who assured us that these issues would not reoccur in the future. They even promised help beyond the warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. However, because the warranty has expired, we are unable to use the vacuum cleaner, and Dyson's customer service is ineffective. Isn't it dishonorable to spend this much money on a product and then not receive service when it's needed? Dyson's unwillingness to stand behind its product and its commitment to customer satisfaction is disappointing and frustrating.
