My Dyson V11 Vacuum Constantly Malfunctioning
My Dyson V11 vacuum seems to be malfunctioning quite frequently, which is becoming quite frustrating. I bought the device straight from Dyson's website. After reaching out to them about the warranty service, they assured me that they would send the defective part. However, it has been a month since then and I recently received an email notifying me that they have cancelled the shipment of the part. When I inquired about the cancellation, they advised me to contact them again and provide details of the problem. It's frustrating that a company of Dyson's calibre consistently inconveniences its customers.
