I’ve been using my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner for three years. Suddenly, the battery completely stopped working. I was told I had to buy a replacement battery. Really? Are we expected to purchase a new battery every three years? No one mentioned this at the time of purchase. Still, I bought the battery because I needed the vacuum.

But then, right after turning it on to clean, the red round bin release button fell inside the dustbin while I was vacuuming. When I emptied the bin to fix it, I saw that several of the internal plastic teeth were broken—and now the red rubber ring no longer fits.

This is completely unacceptable from a company that sells its products at premium prices. Dyson constantly promotes itself as high-tech and reliable, but the plastic parts are clearly cheap and fragile. For the money I paid, I expected durability, not recurring expenses and poor design.

I deeply regret buying Dyson and will never purchase from them again. They need to take responsibility for the poor quality of parts and lack of product longevity. Dyson, make this right and provide a proper solution for loyal customers like me!
