Dyson Airstrait Burnt Hair on First Use - Warranty Refund Denied by Support

I used the Dyson Airstrait for the first time two days ago on my wet hair, and it completely burned and frizzed my hair, causing serious damage. I’m not someone who frequently straightens my hair or exposes it to high heat, so experiencing such an issue on the first use left me extremely disappointed. I purchased the product from the online store, and it is still under warranty. After this incident, I contacted Dyson customer service, but they offered no assistance whatsoever. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the product.
