Waiting 20 Days for a Replacement Battery for My Dyson V15 Vacuum

I own a Dyson V15 vacuum, and the battery has malfunctioned. It’s supposed to be repaired under warranty, but I’ve been waiting for a replacement battery for around 20 days. For a product that’s used daily, this delay is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there’s no information on when the battery will be back in stock. Dyson is a premium brand, and I expected much better service for such a critical part. I need this battery to be supplied and shipped as soon as possible. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and Dyson must improve its after-sales support for essential components like this. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such long waiting periods for basic repairs.
