Faulty V12 Filter and Stock Issues Not Solved by Dyson Customer Service

On December 1, 2023, I bought a V12 filter. It hasn't come yet after 20 days. They said it was out of stock when I called to find out what was going on and that they would get back to me as soon as they could. You can see from other complaints on this site that Dyson has trouble with their stock. Don't buy a Dyson right away. However, when I bought a fridge from a different company (Vestel), they did not have the broken parts in stock. They took it from something that was for sale and sent it to me. That's the right way to serve. How long does it take Dyson to handle this kind of complaint?
