Dyson V15 Detect Fair Filter Replacement Was Denied Later

I contacted the company due to the filter error warning of my Dyson V15 Detect product. We had a video call on 01/12/2023 and they noted that the warranty period of the filter is 1 year, and since it is under warranty, it will be replaced with a new one and the new filter will be sent. to my address. After 1 week, my transaction was canceled because the product was out of stock. I called again and the registration was opened again, but it was canceled again because the product was out of stock. Since it was out of stock in the 3rd week, they directed me to the service and said the service would call me. It's been more than a week since my service record was opened and no one has called me. They give a warranty for a product they do not have and state that they are a foreign company and these problems exist. Everything until you sell the product to us. There is never a solution afterwards. Since the legal process would be completed, I requested that they take the product back and replace it with a new one, but there was no result. I will apply for my legal rights within this week. I was very victimized. I was disgraced with my money.
