I've been trying to buy a Dyson air purifier for 2 months. I registered for the "Notify me" button about the product and as soon as I received the information via email as of 18.03.2024 17:57, I purchased Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde™. I entered my email address and GSM number correctly and made the payment. After purchasing the product, I immediately contacted customer service and asked whether this situation was normal or not, and they stated that such situations could occur and that they would reflect this order on their screens after 48 hours. However, even though 48 hours have passed, I have not received any notification SMS or email regarding my smallest order. Since 48 hours have passed as of 18:30 on 20.03.2024 and I still have not received any email or SMS, I called customer services and wanted to get information about the status of my order. And unfortunately, my order still cannot be viewed even though I paid. The answer of the friend in customer service; "Sometimes such systematic errors may occur, and if necessary, your payment may be refunded to you in order to eliminate your grievance." I have 2 questions. Now, since I have been waiting for this product for 2 months and made the payment half an hour after it was in stock, will I be able to receive this product? Or, even though I purchased the product half an hour after it was in stock, if those who purchased it after me will receive their products and the price of my product is refunded to me, am I not the main victim? The product sold was out of stock as of 19.03.2024 00:00, and I purchased the product hours before it ran out and made the payment. I am waiting for a constructive solution regarding this issue. Actually, I just want the product I paid for to be shipped to me.
