Dyson Victimized A Former Employee Who Owned A V12 Device!
I was left without an answer as a former employee with my vacuum cleaner whose warranty was still valid. I was left with a broken v12, friends, and if I have so many people to reach and they don't support me by acting hostile, you can never get an answer as a normal customer. If you have a problem, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee before taking it to service 6 times like I did. The chamber does not close completely, the motorized nozzles came from the service wet/muddy and are making noise, the chamber also came cracked and the performance of the device is quite low. The most important and main reason is that the hepa filter, which is supposed to collect microscopic dust, collects hair in clumps. The filter does not collect dust, it collects hair! As if making fun of me, it was sent back from the service without doing anything :) It was said that spare parts will be provided for the chamber and nozzles, but that was not done either and the device for which parts are not legally provided must be replaced after 30 days! There are no spare parts and no replacement! They stalled like this and now they say there is no problem with the product!?! I have sold thousands of these devices in 1.5 years. Even the brooms we used to sweep our stand were more durable than my broom. We were left alone with the chronically problematic v12 detect slim extra. If you love your pocket, I recommend you to think before buying!
