Dyson V12 Cordless Vacuum Furniture Attachment Quality Disappointment

I bought the V12 wireless vacuum in January 2023, but the furniture attachment broke at the connection places three months ago. Despite being under warranty, I tried to remedy the problem by paying due to service center overflow. Unfortunately, I have been unable to purchase the part for the past three months (it is currently out of stock). Ten days ago, I called the customer support center to get the part serviced under warranty. Surprisingly, they said the items were no longer under warranty.
During a recent call to your facility, I was advised that due to changes in the protocols two weeks ago, these parts are no longer under warranty. Furthermore, they declined to assist owing to a shortage of inventory, even on a compensated basis.
How may the warranty terms promised during the sale be unilaterally changed?
Is the spare parts support for an imported product meant to last this long?
How do you intend to sustain the brand-customer trust relationship in the face of such irresponsibility?
