Dyson Vacuum Head Replacement Delayed and My Frustration Continues for Over a Month!

We started the warranty replacement request for the rotary-head wireless vacuum on November 1, 2023. It's been one and a half months, and still nothing has been done. From our WhatsApp conversations, we learned that the goods are imported, which means that there aren't enough in stock. Because of this long delay, I can't use my machine, which is still bothering me. Because of this, I will not buy Dyson products in the future. I think this is something to think about when choosing products that don't have enough spare parts.
