Dyson Turkey Does Not Provide Battery For V8
Dyson Turkey refuses to supply batteries for the V8 model. Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that they currently don't have any batteries available, and there's uncertainty about when they'll be in stock. Turkish consumers already pay a higher price for Dyson products due to inflation and additional taxes. Now, having paid more for this handheld vacuum, I find myself unable to use it because Dyson Turkey doesn't offer any batteries.
If this is the situation, they should reconsider selling these products in Turkey. Additionally, there's an issue with self-replacing the battery – a service that is free of charge for Dyson users in the USA. This discrepancy is unfair and goes against consumer rights. Dyson, as a responsible business, should address and resolve these concerns for its Turkish customers. I am planning to file a complaint with consumer rights authorities in Turkey against Dyson.
