Dyson V11 Battery Out Of Stock - No Replacement Solution
For about 30 days I have not been able to use my Dyson V11 vacuum efficiently because the battery needs to be replaced. For the last 10 days I have been trying to purchase a replacement battery in Turkey through your website and mobile application, but I have not been able to complete an order because the battery is not in stock. I was not informed of any alternative solution by Dyson. However, a friend of mine, who faced the same problem of not being able to obtain the same battery, told me that they had been offered a discount for the same model as a solution. I find it unfair that I am unable to purchase a necessary spare part and that there is no clear information on availability, while another customer in a similar situation has been given a discount solution. I request either that the V11 battery be made available for me to purchase as soon as possible, or that you provide me with the same type of solution you have applied before to other clients, such as a discount for the same model, so that I can continue using my Dyson product properly.

There is still no battery or solution in the middle! It's one of the most basic components. Absolutely a disgrace!
