Dyson V8 Absolute Battery Died After 1.5 Years Without Warning and Won’t Charge
I've been using my Dyson V8 Absolute device for only 1.5 years, and suddenly, after using it, I plugged it in to charge, and the red light blinks 4 times, and then the charging stops. As someone who works during the day and can't reach video technical support before 7 PM, we're unable to find a solution. From what I've read, everyone who has experienced this issue has been told it's a battery problem. But the real question is, how can a device that's so well-known and significantly more expensive than its competitors have its battery die after just 1.5 years, and without any prior warning? All my trust and brand loyalty are gone. Thank you.
