Dyson V15 Detect Absolute - Battery Disaster and Disappointment

The Dyson V15 Detect Absolute is a real disappointment. Altough it is %100 charged, it gives a charging error when I try to use it. The solution center representative reached out to me but we could not find any solution. They said that the battery life is 2 years, the warranty is also 2 years, and that they can send a battery for ₺5,300 if desired. Why would I give so much more money to the battery while it is problematic since the beginning? I bought this machine on August 20, 2022. How was this battery manufactured, it has been problematic and non-conforming since the day I bought it so it is a clear production default. If you say grant 2 years warranty, I at least expect a weakness in the battery after 2 years and the machine would last at least half an hour. Literally I can vacuum for 5 minutes at most and wait at least 3 hours for the charge. The Dyson v15 is the purchase I regret the most in my life. The machine we paid a lot of money to buy is the most problematic and troublesome tool in the world. Definitely it is never worth it. Yes, the suction power is good, but for a machine whose only feature is this, this is not something worthy of appreciation. There is no visible difference in suction power from my corded vacuum cleaner at home which is a different brand. The battery runs out in the middle of cleaning, you can merely clean 5 m2 area and charge it for 5 hours. It is demoralizing and frustrating. Cleaning the machine is already a whole other hassle, and on top of that, the problematic battery is sold for money again because they think there is more money to be made from. When we first bought it, this battery had problems with charging. It is a big regret. No one in their right mind should be fooled by this machine being a Dyson. If I knew I could get back the money I paid for this very vacuum cleaner, I would go and buy something else today without thinking. How can a machine manage to annoy you with every cleaning? All of my friends are in the same opinion. We never want to buy any other product from Dyson just because we regretfully bought vacuum cleaner from this brand once.
