-I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum directly from Dyson’s official website, and I’ve been using it for about five months. However, a short time ago, the rubber parts came off, and even though we tried to reattach them, we were unsuccessful. The product is still under warranty, and I wanted to contact Dyson customer service about this issue, but I couldn’t find a clear way to reach them.
My order number is 910901093201. I request that the rubber parts be securely reattached or that the necessary part replacements be made under warranty. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
