Dyson V15 Vacuum Not Starting Up Even When Set To High Or Medium

I purchased the Dyson V15 full-set vacuum on 25.02.2023, and since December, it has been continuously stopping in medium and high modes. Despite cleaning procedures, the issue persisted, leading to the sending of the product for service. After about 7 days, the solution center informed me of a motor problem, stating it couldn't be repaired at the moment, and that they would send a new product along with requiring me to send back the remaining missing parts. I questioned if I'd receive the same full set as I originally bought, and they assured me it would be identical. I sent back the remaining parts, and upon delivery, I received a faulty and incomplete product. Now, it seems like parts are disappearing from sets as if it's a joke. I can't get a consistent answer. The set I received only contains the parquet and carpet heads; the remaining parts, such as the handheld vacuum head, the crucial upholstery head, and the furniture under the adapter, are all missing. After waiting for 3-4 days, the solution center contacted me again without providing clear answers. Frustrated, I sent the product back once more. Why accept a product you won't send? How can a brand-new vacuum arrive defective? I'm 35 weeks pregnant, explained the risk of early childbirth. Of course, my special condition is not the company's concern, but due to your negligence and failure to do your job correctly, the consequences were severe. I'm demanding my new full set immediately. If the process doesn't resolve as I expect, I'll pursue all my legal rights.
