Dyson V15 Vacuum Gave Airway Blocked Warning and They Only Offered Paid Fix

Recently, my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner broke down. I don't use it very often, and it now shows a message that the airway is blocked. This isn't user error, as I've seen a lot of other comments about the same thing online. I called customer service and was hoping for a good answer. To my surprise, they only said they could change the filter for a fee. This is a strange way for a company like Dyson, which is known for its high quality and good name, to handle the problem. This seems like a problem that has always been there with the product, and it's a shame that a good fix wasn't provided for free.

Unfortunately, the issue cannot be resolved. Despite persistently saying it's a filter error, you do not accept your fault. We cannot contact customer service because we also work during the weekdays.
