Dyson V12 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner's Airways Blocked' Warning
I am getting an "airways blocked" error warning on my Dyson v12 rechargeable vacuum cleaner. In the conversation with the customer representative, after performing the recommended commands, it was suggested that the error was not eliminated that the HEPA filter needed to be changed, and that the relevant HEPA filter should be sent to me for a fee. While this said part is a complementary part of the machine and should be under warranty, asking to send it to me for a fee is completely unfair and not in line with the quality of the brand. Since it is not possible for the relevant part to fail due to user error, I need the necessary assistance and redress for my grievance. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will not hesitate to seek my rights in the necessary authorities. Also, I would never have thought that a problem that could not be resolved through a customer representative would be reflected here. Dyson disappointed me!
