Dyson V15 Vacuum Cleaner Stick Loosened at the Joints

The long intermediate pipe of the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner started to loosen at the joints after 4-5 months of use (even though it was not used too much), it started to move over time and the plastic inside began to leak into the inside of the pipe. We cannot use the machine properly. We called 1 month ago, they looked at it via video call and said okay, let's send it in 1 month, but nothing happened. I called again and they still haven't done anything. Frankly, we regretted buying Dyson because some of its parts (especially plastic parts) are of the quality of cheap chinees vacuum cleaner. We regret it; frankly, we wish we had turned to other brands.
