I had a frustrating experience with my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner. The rigid floor attachment on the side broke. They informed me that they didn't have the original attachment in stock, but they would send an equivalent replacement. I agreed, but the received attachment is nothing like the original. Instead of collecting hair in the bin, it wraps around the attachment, making noise and lacking the same suction power. Despite multiple calls to address the issue, I keep hearing that there's no stock available. They are not standing behind their product, even though it's within the warranty coverage. Their only response is that they don't have it in stock. The money I spent has gone to waste. I should have bought the cheapest vacuum cleaner because it would have performed better than this name-brand vacuum that is currently inferior to a basic, unbranded one.
