Dyson V15 Technical Service Returned It Damaged


I sent my Dyson v15 rechargeable vacuum cleaner to service because it broke down less than a year ago. The service offered to return it to me damaged since they did not have spare parts. Since they could not repair it, I requested a replacement and they did not accept it. Türkiye repair service does poor quality work, I am complaining, you can see the serial number in the image. The vacuum cleaner is currently broken and I am waiting for a spare part. I have not been able to use it for months.
