The hard floor attachment of my Dyson V15 vacuum broke, and I’ve been waiting for a replacement for 24 days. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. When I contacted the service team again this evening, I was informed that their system is malfunctioning, and they are unable to assist me further.
This delay and lack of support are incredibly frustrating, especially considering Dyson’s reputation for high-quality products and service. I expected a much quicker resolution for such an essential part.
I am requesting Dyson to promptly provide the replacement attachment and improve their service process to ensure timely support for customers. Waiting this long for a simple replacement is unacceptable.
