After the warranty period ended on my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner that I purchased from Dyson, I began experiencing serious issues that I believe are manufacturing-related. About one month after the warranty expired, the laser head stopped working. Then, approximately two months later, the rubber component inside the dust bin came loose.

I have been forced to use the product in this faulty condition for the past six months. When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was told that because the warranty period had ended, they could not assist me and that no action could be taken.

I believe that experiencing multiple issues one after another immediately after the warranty expires points to a manufacturing defect rather than user error. I cannot accept experiencing such problems in such a short time with a brand like Dyson, nor can I accept receiving no support at all once the warranty has ended.

I am requesting that the laser head and the rubber component inside the dust bin be replaced free of charge and that my product be restored to a fully functional, defect-free condition. If necessary, I can also provide the invoice and product documentation.

You haven't found any solution; the solution you offered me is that once the warranty expires, you can just throw the vacuum away. Your refusal to acknowledge the chronic defect is your shortcoming. From now on, you are a brand I will never choose.
