This is my second complaint about my Dyson V15 Detect Submarine. The first time, the vacuum kept shutting off on its own, so I sent it in for service. After they inspected and returned it, I assumed the issue was resolved, but now a new problem has started.
Now, all the dust and debris collect directly on the metal filter, instead of properly going into the dustbin. On top of that, the bottom part of the dustbin does not close properly, leaving gaps where dust escapes back into the air.
I am extremely frustrated with the constant problems. I expected high performance from Dyson, yet this vacuum is causing more issues than it solves. I demand a real fix or a full replacement—this is unacceptable for such an expensive product!
