I am absolutely furious with my Dyson V15 vacuum! Instead of collecting dust in the proper compartment, the vacuum's suction power is actually pulling the dust upwards into the top section! This is happening because the rubber seal that's supposed to separate the two compartments isn't wide enough to block the passage.
I immediately suspected the product was defective and called for service, but they outrageously claimed there was no problem with it. As someone who owns and is happy with the V8 and V11 models in my other homes, this newer, supposedly superior V15 is a complete disappointment. I believe this flaw is a deliberate tactic to push customers into buying expensive maintenance packages. This kind of cheap trick is truly unbecoming of the Dyson brand, and it's a real shame.
Dyson, you need to acknowledge this design flaw and rectify my V15 immediately! This vacuum is not functioning as intended, and it's clearly a manufacturing defect. Fix the dust collection issue or replace my faulty Dyson V15!
