Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Vacuum Cleaner Returned Without Fix

I bought the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner on January 19. Although I was very careful in my 4th use, scratches appeared on the pipe of the vacuum cleaner and when I wiped the dust in the hopper with a cloth, I looked and saw that there was a collapse. It is unbelievable that the parts of a vacuum cleaner sold at such an expensive price are not durable. I wanted the pipe and this dent to be compensated. My vacuum cleaner was picked up by cargo, customer service on the phone said that the complaint I stated would be resolved and the pipe would be changed. They sent the vacuum cleaner today, but the damages were not repaired and there was a dent in the pipe.
