Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Vacuum Breakdowns Constantly

I bought a Dyson V15 Absolute Detect vacuum cleaner. I've had a few problems since I bought it, including a broken anti-tangle head, which I sent in for replacement. The remaining time displayed on the screen currently varies erratically; it can drop from 30 minutes to 10 minutes or rise from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Furthermore, the particle counting feature is not operational. Even when the device is fully charged, I am unable to turn it on without connecting it to the charger. I contacted Dyson customer service, sent a video of the problem, and the device was sent for repair. The tube and upper part of the casing were replaced by the service, but the problem persisted. Following a subsequent contact, I discovered that the problem had not been resolved. They delivered the device with a new battery yesterday, but the problem persists after 4.5 hours of charging. The customer service representative recommends returning the device. However, because of this issue, I have been unable to use the vacuum cleaner for a month, and I am constantly cleaning the house because I have a small child. The company's indifference and unsuccessful approach aggravates my discomfort. Now I'm requesting an exchange for the device; I'm not sure what 'we will check again' means for a device that has been sent in for repair twice. Please advertise your product while supporting it and paying attention to customer satisfaction.
