I purchased my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner from Teknosa on May 9, 2023, using a credit card. About two months ago, the device began having charging issues — especially when using turbo mode or smaller attachments, it shuts down within five seconds. In addition, the carpet cleaning head broke recently, and both problems have worsened over time.
I reported the issue to Dyson customer service, but they said the warranty had expired and therefore couldn’t assist me. However, I know several other Dyson users who faced the same issue and received repairs or replacements even after their warranties expired, as Dyson showed flexibility in handling their cases. I’m requesting the same fair treatment.
It’s extremely disappointing that such a high-end product has become unusable in such a short time, which has damaged my trust in the brand. As a consumer, I believe this situation clearly demonstrates my right to seek legal protection.
I request that my device be repaired free of charge or that a replacement cleaning head be provided. I ask that my complaint be resolved promptly to address the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
