I contacted customer service due to the decreasing battery life of my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner. In the first video call, we ran it in purification mode for 13 minutes continuously with the short apparatus on it, and we were given feedback that there was no problem and recommendations were given for the use of the vacuum cleaner. They told me that I should call again if the problem persisted, and I called again three or four days later. The customer representative said that the first friend did the operation wrong and we would do it again by installing a long pipe or something. Meanwhile, we went on a video call and the battery of the camera seemed to be 80%, I took it out and plugged it in and it was 80% again. He said that it should be 100% and that I should call later, and at the same time, when I took it out and plugged it in again, the machine suddenly became 100%. I told him that the battery was defective, that I was having this problem all the time, and that it was clearly visible in the video recording. He said he wanted to do a battery test and left the machine in contact with the carpet with the hard head for 13 minutes. As a result, my carpet fell apart! Meanwhile, the customer representative's attitude changed and his tone became disrespectful. I called Dyson and made a complaint. They came back a few days later and apologized! When I asked what could be done about the carpet, I was told I would be called back, no call or anything. There was no solution for the battery of my machine, which was under warranty, and I was sick to death. I am sharing the screenshots during the video call. A brand that never deserves the money it gets. When we first bought it, it could vacuum our 300 square meter house at once and the battery would not run out, but now it only vacuums with three charges. It hasn't been a year and a half since I bought it. Dyson is regret.
